Interim HR

 

Increasingly organisations are turning to interim managers to fulfil their resourcing needs.

Interim managers can provide cover for staff absences such as maternity leave or whilst a recruitment process is on going. Alternatively, organisations appoint interim managers when a role has a defined life span, such as recruiting an additional resource during business reorganisation.
